If you want more details about Direct Payments and you live in Leicestershire you can get these from the Direct Payments Support Service on 0116 305 3050 or by e-mailing dpss@leics.gov.uk. They have an advice line every afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00 Mon-Thurs and on Friday from 1:00 to 4:30. They can offer you support to set up a Direct Payment.

If you live outside of Leicestershire, then contact your local City or County Council for assistance.
